Surgery and Health

Prayers for Jose Ocampo (Leah Aguilar's father).  He was scheduled for surgery this morning at 11am, but fell at home prior to surgery.  He was taken by ambulance.  Not sure when surgery will take place now. 

Please continue to pray for the young sailor Ryan recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes.  He is accepting it well.
They are monitoring him for 6 months so pray that he keeps it in such good control that he can return to ship duty, which he loves.

Prayers for  Stacy Coleman and family as they go through the journey of Alzheimer's with Stacy's dad- Wayne Dorais. May the Lord strengthen and sustain all of them.

Pacemaker Battery

Prayers of healing and for a successful procedure for Leah Aguilar's dad who will be having a new battery put into his pacemaker tomorrow.

Healing and patience

Update on Daniel Jensen- as most of you know, the surgery went well.  At this time Daniel is resting comfortably, but still on pain meds.  He will followup with the doctor on Monday.  Prayers for patience as Daniel heals and for a complete recovery.

Thanksgiving!

Prayers of thanksgiving for Phyllis Larson, surgery went very well.  She will be in the hospital for at least 2-3 nights.  Prayers for complete healing.

Thankful Updates

Prayers for a successful surgery and complete recovery for Phyllis Larson who will be having knee construction tomorrow morning at Valley Hospital, Pleasanton.

Also, an update on Phil Caspersen... he began running a fever Sunday night, so was put on antibiotics.  He rec'd his first meal since March 17 this afternoon.  Went for about a 20 minute walk today and is feeling pretty good.  Hoping to be discharged later today:)  Continued prayers for healing.

Healing and Surgery

Prayers of healing for our cousin David Sutter.  Last Week he had a major heart attack and his aorta ruptured.  He was flown from Turlock to Stanford where they performed surgery.  He is improving but he had to have an artificial valve and an aortic sleeve put in so they have to wait and see to make sure everything is going to work.

I spoke with my dad over the weekend.  Turns out that mom Elaine's  EKG showed that she had a heart attack.  Her knee surgery will not be scheduled until she is cleared by the cardiologist.  Appointments are being made for further testing.  Meanwhile, she feels fine and was shocked to hear that because her knee is what's hurting her.  Thank you for your continued prayers.
