Please pray for Paul Hoffman Sr as he had emergency surgery this past Monday and is now starting dialysis. Also, keep Paul Jr in your prayers as he had a set-back and was just diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Prayers of encouragement for the family would be appreciated.

Prayer Request for Synod First Vice-President Rev. Dr. Herb Mueller

Your prayers are earnestly requested for Synod First Vice-President Rev. Dr. Herb Mueller. In the last few days, our dear brother Dr. Mueller was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and will be undergoing surgery today (Wednesday, May 8) to remove most of the tumor. The tumor will then be analyzed to determine the treatment plan going forward.   Please pray for Dr. Mueller, especially for successful surgery with no complications, accurate analysis and wise treatment in the weeks ahead, and for full and complete healing. Pray also for Dr. Mueller's wife, Faith, and family, as they embark on this difficult journey with him. Dr. Mueller is very appreciative of your prayers, and has complete trust in the Lord, saying "God will bring us all through this."

I just found out that my cousin, Rex Langley, has been diagnosed with a rare brain cancer and will be undergoing surgery tomorrow, Friday, for a craniotomy and removal of the glioblastoma.  He has been given approx. 1-2 years life expectancy with treatment.  There is no cure only a miracle from our Heavenly Father can save him.  He is a Christian.  Please pray for a healing and freedom from his pain...Blessings, Barbara Adams
