Thank you all for your prayers. My first infusion went well. As of yet, I have not noticed any side effects. On July 2nd, I will go in again for my second infusion. After that I think they're planning every 6 months.  I appreciate all your continued prayers.

Update on Katie Ellis

 

We would like to thank everyone for their prayers over the last week.  Katie had her gall bladder removed on Saturday and was feeling better that evening.  She was released from Eden on Sunday and is recuperating at home.  She is still in pain from the surgery but she is not constantly nauseated and she is now able to keep food and liquids down without any problems.

Please keep me in prayer. I will be starting a series of infusions over a period of time (first one starting today 6/18) for my auto immune problem. I have taken a couple other medications for this in the past and they have not been successful. My doctor feels I will get good results from this option. Also, there can be some serious side effects from this medication, which I've been told is rare but still a concern for me. I'm trusting in the Lord and pray I get the good results that they are hoping for. Thank you for all the prayers over the last year and a half while I've been dealing with this off and on.

Please keep Katie Ellis in your prayers as she has been experiencing severe abdominal pain. She had some tests done at the hospital and is now awaiting results.
