Prayers for Larry Adams                                                                                                                           Thank  you for your prayers for Larry's removal of the tumor that was cancerous. A CT scan was done  and it was found that the cancer had not spread to any other area around the bladder which is a "praise the Lord", however, the Dr. wants to do a biopsy of where the cancer was attached to make absolutely sure that all of the cancer was removed.  Larry will be admitted to the hospital to have this done tomorrow, 5 Aug. at 9:30am.  Please pray for a confirmation of the previous positive analysis so that he can proceed with further treatment.  Thank you for your prayers.  Blessings,

Prayers for Evan Anwyl

Prayers for Evan Anwyl                                                                                                                           Evan Anwyl is the newly installed Principal at Our Savior, Livermore.  Some of you may remember Evan as a teacher from Town & Country and member a of the CNH Parochial Schools Committee (his father-in-law is Rev John-Paul Meyer from Rocklin).   I just received a call from Pastor Werth from Our Savior.  Last Tuesday, Evan went to the emergency because he wasn't feeling well they gave him some medication and sent him home.  On Friday, he returned to Valley Care in Pleasanton  where they admitted him with 105' fever.  On Sunday, his fever went down to 102' but is steadily climbing.  The doctors are not sure what is the problem but are looking at his lungs and heart.   Asking that you lift Evan, the doctors, and family in prayer.  We have an awesome God so I am asking that you prayer boldly.   Joy in His peace, Shelly Alba
