Prayers for Bill Yano                                                                                                                           Please pray for Bill Yano, friend of Margie Rogers. He will have surgery today @ 2pm at Stanford to remove pieces of his skull that have a strange bacteria. The bacteria is creating fluid around the skull and is not responding to antibiotics. Prayers for wisdom for the doctors, healing for Bill and that he and his family might come to know Jesus in this process. Prayers for travel mercies as 1 of Bill's sisters is coming to CA from Oregon, and the other sister is trying to leave HK but needs an updated passport for her daughter.

Prayers for Brian Oliver                                                                                                                           This is Bill's and my (Nancy Keep) dear friend of 45 years, Brian who in July fell out of bed, broke his leg, hip and hurt his head...6 weeks in hospital and rehab Home 2 months ago,  fell out of a lawn chair and broke his other hip, and hit his head - 6 weeks in hospital and rehab Two weeks ago got in car (against Dr. advice) to drive himself to his famous hamburger joint... on San Pablo in Berkeley Horrific car accident (totaled car) that he caused because he hit gas pedal instead of brake, hit two cars, broke both legs just above the knees, two operations of 4 hours each -semi conscience since, transferred to Alameda rehab, transferred to Alameda Hospital last night with pneumonia, not conscience and on life support.... Died to today and now out of pain and suffering. Pray for him and my friend his dear wife Shirl.   Neither was religious or belonged to a Church and so I am afraid that she has no comfort

Katherine has been diagnosed with cancer and will begin radiation therapy tomorrow. She is having a complete hysterectomy tomorrow, March 12. Pray for a successful surgery, complete recovery, and limited follow-up treatment. Millie Salo's Funeral Information

Hello Friend, This is to inform you of God calling home one of our members, MIllie Salo.   Funeral, Wednesday @ 1pm Calvary Lutheran Sanctuary Millie was called to her Eternal rest on Thursday.  There will be no visitation per her desire.  The funeral will take place Ash Wednesday @ 1pm with Internment following at LoneTree.  The funeral home requests at any flowers be sent directly to Calvary @ 17200 Via Magdalena.  Please keep Millie's family in your prayers.
